Correxit and Other Toxins Detox

I am re-posting this from the Barefoot Doctors website. It’s some good information on how to clear Correxit and other toxic junk from your body. I happen to know from other research that iodine, baking soda, and baking soda-epsom salts baths are also used to treat radiation poisoning and can also be used to detox form radiation exposure following x-rays, CT scans, airport scanners or whatever else. Iodine was used to prevent radiation-induced thyroid cancer after the Chernobyl disaster. (This is not medical advice, btw. Just pointing you in this direction to aid you in your own research. Go ask your local quack for advice if you get exposed to radiation)

GULF COAST BAREFOOT DOCTOR SURVIVAL DETOX KITS
The Protocols
Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda)
adults: Drink 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) dissolved in water (preferrably filtered or distilled) or juice, 3-4 times a day
children: 1/4 teaspoon dissolved in juice once a day

Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda) and Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salts) Bath
Dissolve at least one pound each of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and magnesium sulfate (Epsom salts) in a tub of hot water. Soak. Adults can take 500mg of niacin 30 minutes beforehand. Sodium bicarbonate and Epsom salts can be increased to as much as four or five pounds each for maximum benefits.

Food-Grade Bentonite Clay
adults: Once a day, dissolve one teaspoon of bentonite clay in a large glass of water or juice. Let stand for five minutes before drinking.
children: Dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of bentonite clay in glass of water or juice. Let stand for five minutes before drinking.
Drink lots of water, preferably filtered or distilled, during the day. If constipation occurs, add one or more (up to five) sprays of magnesium oil (see below) to a glass of water or juice and drink.

Food-Grade Activated Charcoal
500 micrograms to 1 gram per day. Can be taken in capsules or added to bentonite clay drink.

Magnesium Oil
Transdermal treatment for adults and children: Spray oil on the skin. Use as a massage oil.
Direct one (for children) to five sprays in mouth, or add to water or juice, for laxative if necessary.
[According to Mark Sircus, Ac, OMD, almost everyone today has a magnesium deficiency, and a magnesium deficiency will not show up in a blood test. See his video on the subject.]

Nascent Iodine
Apply transdermally or orally. This is especially good for children.
[Because nascent iodine is expensive, it will only be included at this time in kits in which there are special needs, particularly for children and pregnant women.]

Antioxidant Teas and Foods
The following are high in antioxidants: rooibus and green teas; blueberries; apples; fresh or dried dates, apricots, cranberries, prunes; red beans; pinto beans
[Rooibus tea is included in the Gulf Coast Barefoot Doctors Survival Detox Kit, and, when possible, other foods listed above]

Gulf Coast Flesh Eating Disease and Correxit Detox

Reports have come in that there have been 3 cases of flesh eating disease in the Gulf this September, associated in two cases with contact with Gulf water and Gulf seafood in the third. Naturally, this has led to some panic and people speculating that something the Powers That Be have added to the water during the spill is causing an increase in cases in this terrifying disease.
But wait, let’s not freak out just yet.
To put it in perspective, there are 600-700 cases of flesh eating disease every year in America.”Flesh eating disease” is a bit of an umbrella term for a type of bacterial poisoning that causes tissue necrosis and can be caused by one of several bacteria, including vibrio, which was confirmed or suspected in the three recent cases.
Galveston woman:

Texas man (vibrio not confirmed)

This disease is rare, but there are cases of it every year. It usually only affects people with compromised immune systems, notably with liver problems, although it can sometimes attack healthy people. The12-year-old boy had Hepatitis C, the Galveston woman had arthritis, for which she was taking steroids, and the man in Houston also had unspecified liver problems.
Of note, many people have liver problems or are on steroids like Prednisone for arthritis, and they don’t come down with this type of illness even though they prepare seafood or go swimming in water where vibrio is known to live.
The media likes to highlightcases of scary diseases, but that is more of a tactic to keep you preoccupied with imaginary threats than anything. At this point, I would say flesh eating disease is not something you ought to be losing sleep over, although there are real concerns with the Gulf waters and Gulf seafood that have to do with Correxit and other chemicals that were dumped in massive amounts during the oil rig blowout this year.
A group called the Barefoot Doctors have been providing emergency health care to residents of the Gulf who are coming down with illnesses due to their exposure to toxic chemicals. They offer emergency detox kits and provide information on their website regarding how you can detox from exposure to chemicals. This is something you might want to take note of for future reference. It might come in handy one day, whether you live in the Gulf or not.

Oil Spill- Where Are the Safe Areas?

Where are the safe areas? OIL SPILL UPDATE – COREXIT RAIN AND WIND ANALYSIS

EPA orders BP to quit Corexit, BP refuses http://www.huffingtonpost.com/edward-f-blizzard/bp-thumbs-its-nose-at-the_b_588686.html

In the U.S. and Canada, midSouth and coastal regions are hit by Gulf winds first, TX LA MS AL FL. Next are inland locations OK AR TN GA, followed by KY OH IL. Looking at population centers, if Corexit travels at toxic levels in the Gulf Stream, up the eastern seaboard of North America, Montreal will be hit after Boston, nearly last. If the dispersion rate is below 2.61ppm, the kill level, areas can be spared.

Winds cycle from the Gulf all the way through Chicago and the Great Lakes and will reach these areas before the far northeastern U.S. and Maritime provinces.

The first truly safe zone begins at the Rocky Mountains and locations such as WY, MT, ID and so on. In Canada, regions from Superior north and west, AB SK and western ON, are safe from Gulf influence.

2.) NOAA Wind Map http://www.weather.gov/forecasts/graphical/sectors/conus.php?element=WindSpd
How to read the map: o___/ symbol means wind is blowing from the tail to the center node, or “o” (the dot.) The number of tails // indicates wind velocity.

3.) Intellicast Jet Stream map http://www.intellicast.com/national/wind/jetstream.aspx
Jet stream flows up to 80mph and faster, around 10Km (7 miles) above the surface. Jet streams form at boundaries of different temperature air masses. Jet stream is mostly found at the boundary between the troposphere and stratosphere.

If the toxic Corexit dispersant is caught in the jet stream, it will quickly spread over huge areas, more than one continent and open oceans.
