FBI Launching Mass Raids on Anti-War Activists Homes
The FBI is confirming that this morning they began a number of “raids” against the homes of antiwar activists, claiming that they are “seeking evidence relating to activities concerning the material support of terrorism.”

So far there do not appear to have been any arrests related to the raids nor, according to FBI spokesman Steve Warfield, are there any expected. He also insisted that there was “no imminent threat” related to the antiwar organization targeted. Some of the activists say they were ordered to appear before a grand jury, however.
Note: normally, you are not supposed to do a raid to seek evidence. You are supposed to do a raid if you already have evidence, i.e. probable cause. Otherwise, you are just violating people’s privacy. However, this principle has gone out the window since ‘probable cause’ has been replaced with ‘reason to believe’. As stated, there was no ‘imminent threat’, i.e. the raids were carried out for some other reason than to actually protect the public. And given that no-one was arrested, there evidently was nothing illegal going on. No probable cause, no threat, no arrests. What was this done for? Just to show people that they have no rights and are subjected to being treated as terrorists just because they are against the war? The message is clear: don’t challenge the status quo, becaus the status quo is that the government does whatever it wants and doesn’t need a valid reason to do it.

And to help you help the government violate everyone’s rights, the DHS has created a pamphlet to help people know when to rat out their neighbors. It contains a list of signs to look for that may indicate your dude-next-door is in with Al Quaida, such as “travel to or interest in travelling overseas to attend violent extremist institutions or paramilitary training camps”

Example:
John: Hey Dave, what are you up to?
Dave: Well, John, I was just booking my flight to Pakistan to attent a violent extremist institution”
John: Uh-oh. (calls DHS)

Did you really need the DHS to tell you to sound the alarm if someone says he is on his way to terrorist boot camp?

Also, be alert to:
– People who buy to much fertilizer (look out, home gardeners!) or peroxide (heads up, cheesemakers!)
– Anyone who has recently changed his name
– “Adoption of a new life style and segregation from normal peer and family groups in association with advocating criminal or terrorist activity.”

The last one is particularly tricky. Imagine this scenario: Jane stops hanging out with her aspartame-and-American-Idol-addled friends and gets involved with some Tea Party folks. She starts hanging out with people who like that quote about the tree of liberty needing to be watered every once in a while with the blood of partiots. Now what do you do?
a- go back to your online game and stay out of it
b- recommend Prozac to Jane
c- report Jane to the DHS and become a community hero!
d- report Thomas Jefferson for coining that phrase in the first place, then take part in a community Constitution burning, followed by a good old fashioned witch hunt (it’s fun for the whole family!)

Meanwhile, according to Michael Vail of Black Listed News,
The National Intelligence Council and the European Union’s Institute for Security Studies jointly released a document on global governance (PDF) . It is difficult to determine the economic and political future climate of one nation but to attempt to do so for the world is a task. Worse yet, to add more complex variables to the equation such as NGOs and international organizations. These groups are the primary drivers for globalization and international order. These Non-governmental organizations write the policy papers and steer debate on subjects like adopting a global tax. The leaders and statesmen of our respective countries are becoming symbolic window dressing while the real debate is going on without our knowledge.

But please, don’t talk about Global Governance. Don’t even entertain the thought that there may be such a thing. It’s nothing but a ‘conspiracy theory’ and, according to the MYAC report released in 2009 by the DHS, those who believe in such are potential terrorists. The only people who are allowed to talk about global governance are those who are attempting to usher it in.

War on Drugs, War on Food

A California co-op was recently raided by police who came blazing in with guns drawn as if they were busting a meth lab.
To skirt around laws forbidding the sale of certain raw foods, the co-op had been established so that people who were members could go there to pick up foods there that they technically already owned. They also did not agree to apply for a license, as demanded by the government. After all, who does the government think they are anyway, telling people what they can or cannot eat?

Investigators confiscated the club’s computer and 17 coolers packed with, among other things, 24 bottles of organic honey, 10 gallons of raw whole milk and two bottles of raw cane syrup. Stewart said the health department slapped a closure notice on the club’s front door that said it was “operating a food facility without a valid public health permit.”

So far, the organizers are undeterred and have re-opened show. Freedom, whether pertaining to food or any other are of your life, is a mindset and these people are reclaiming their food freedom from the nurturing tentacles of the government octopus. Good for them!

Meanwhile, governments and banks continue to get busted for their involvement in bringing cocaine into the country while purporting to be fighting a war on drugs. As this article states, news of this kind of thing ‘elicits a collective yawn’ from the mainstream media at this point.

Our governments import cocaine, they launder ther money through the banks, it’s a big scam and a conspiracy. So what? Read the article below for some official drug-smuggling intrigue.

Only a False Flag Can Save Obama

Ok, the official title of the article was “Only a terror attack can save Obama” but we all know what that means.
Robert Shapiro, former senior advisor to Bill Clinton was quoted in the Financial TImes as saying that only an attack like 9/11 or Oklahoma City bombing could save Obama’s approval ratings and give him a chance to redeem himself as a leader. And we all know those two examples he gave were false flags, so what exactly is he saying?

“Buried in a Financial Times article about Obama’s “growing credibility crisis” and fears on behalf of Democrats that they could lose not only the White House but also the Senate to Republicans, Robert Shapiro makes it clear that Obama is relying on an October surprise in the form of a terror attack to rescue his presidency.

“The bottom line here is that Americans don’t believe in President Obama’s leadership,” said Shapiro, adding, “He has to find some way between now and November of demonstrating that he is a leader who can command confidence and, short of a 9/11 event or an Oklahoma City bombing, I can’t think of how he could do that.”

Are You On The List?

Prime Minister Harper is now working on passing a new bill, C-42, which would give the US Department of Homeland Security the right to prohibit anyone from boarding a plane in Canada that is not destined to land on US soil, but to fly over US airspace on its way to somewhere else. The Canadian government is working on a bill that will expand the American government’s powers! What does that tell you? They say it is legitimate, that the US has a right to control who passes through its airspace, but if this were so legitimate, the US would be able to just declare it a requirement and wouldn’t need the Canadian government to pass a law to implement it.
http://www.montrealgazette.com/news/Uncle+wants+your+data/3214360/story.html

Under this new law, a Canadian citizen could be barred from boarding if their name is on the list or even if they just happen to have the same name as someone who is on that list.

Meanwhile, the American “Secure Flight Program” began in June of this year for all domestic US flights, adding names to a no-fly list of purported terrorists or people with ties to terrorism, such as this 6-year-old girl.
Because she is 6, obviously not a terrorist, she was allowed to board after all. But I would bet that if an innocent adult somehow ends up on the list, they are just out of luck.

Activist as Terrorist

WearechangeLA leader Bruno Bruhwiler was arrested on totally bogus charges this week.
http://www.wearechange.org/?p=2150
He was first sent out of a courtroom for having the wrong facial experssion, then detained and charged with tresspassing. When the ridiculousness of charging someone with tresspassing on public property was considered, the charge was changed to “contempt of court”. But wait! The judge hadn’t held him in contempt so… let’s change that to “causing a public disturbance”.
(officers scratching heads) “Hmmm…There’s gotta be SOMETHING we can charge him with…Ok, let’s just make something up. How about ‘resisting arrest’? He didn’t resist? Let’s just say he did. let’s say he did it, say…Twice. And let’s add that he threatened you. He threatened you, ok?”
– Ok, if you say so. What did he threaten me with?”
– Assassination.
– Ok, sounds good.
– Great! Now we can charge him as a terrorist!
– Another job well done.”

The conversation must have gone something like that. Activists are being treated as terrorists everywhere from LA to Montreal. An article in our local paper, the Gazette, described how activists’ friends were being visited by CSI as part of an intimidation tactic, not intented to actually gather information, but to mes with the activists so they would then do something to incriminate themselves.

Meanwhile, a lady who is a nurse and a mother of five children was visited by the FBI who insisted that their visit had nothing to do with her involvement in protests against what Israel is doing to the Palestinians, and that it was her right to protest and that is a wonderful thing, but that they were there to find out if she had any knowledge of things that may result from the protests, such as violent acts or destruction of property. These agents must have aced their NWO double-think classes in Police State School. If you are an activist, you may want to watch this video. She gives some good tips about how to deal with such a visit.
