FBI Launching Mass Raids on Anti-War Activists Homes
The FBI is confirming that this morning they began a number of “raids” against the homes of antiwar activists, claiming that they are “seeking evidence relating to activities concerning the material support of terrorism.”

So far there do not appear to have been any arrests related to the raids nor, according to FBI spokesman Steve Warfield, are there any expected. He also insisted that there was “no imminent threat” related to the antiwar organization targeted. Some of the activists say they were ordered to appear before a grand jury, however.
Note: normally, you are not supposed to do a raid to seek evidence. You are supposed to do a raid if you already have evidence, i.e. probable cause. Otherwise, you are just violating people’s privacy. However, this principle has gone out the window since ‘probable cause’ has been replaced with ‘reason to believe’. As stated, there was no ‘imminent threat’, i.e. the raids were carried out for some other reason than to actually protect the public. And given that no-one was arrested, there evidently was nothing illegal going on. No probable cause, no threat, no arrests. What was this done for? Just to show people that they have no rights and are subjected to being treated as terrorists just because they are against the war? The message is clear: don’t challenge the status quo, becaus the status quo is that the government does whatever it wants and doesn’t need a valid reason to do it.

http://news.antiwar.com/2010/09/24/fbi-launching-mass-raids-of-antiwar-activists-homes/

And to help you help the government violate everyone’s rights, the DHS has created a pamphlet to help people know when to rat out their neighbors. It contains a list of signs to look for that may indicate your dude-next-door is in with Al Quaida, such as “travel to or interest in travelling overseas to attend violent extremist institutions or paramilitary training camps”

Example:
John: Hey Dave, what are you up to?
Dave: Well, John, I was just booking my flight to Pakistan to attent a violent extremist institution”
John: Uh-oh. (calls DHS)

Did you really need the DHS to tell you to sound the alarm if someone says he is on his way to terrorist boot camp?

Also, be alert to:
– People who buy to much fertilizer (look out, home gardeners!) or peroxide (heads up, cheesemakers!)
– Anyone who has recently changed his name
– “Adoption of a new life style and segregation from normal peer and family groups in association with advocating criminal or terrorist activity.”

The last one is particularly tricky. Imagine this scenario: Jane stops hanging out with her aspartame-and-American-Idol-addled friends and gets involved with some Tea Party folks. She starts hanging out with people who like that quote about the tree of liberty needing to be watered every once in a while with the blood of partiots. Now what do you do?
a- go back to your online game and stay out of it
b- recommend Prozac to Jane
c- report Jane to the DHS and become a community hero!
d- report Thomas Jefferson for coining that phrase in the first place, then take part in a community Constitution burning, followed by a good old fashioned witch hunt (it’s fun for the whole family!)

http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2010/09/doc-of-the-day-feds-guide-to-snitching-on-your-terrorist-neighbor/http://www.scribd.com/doc/37873835/DHSHomegrownThreats

Meanwhile, according to Michael Vail of Black Listed News,
The National Intelligence Council and the European Union’s Institute for Security Studies jointly released a document on global governance (PDF) . It is difficult to determine the economic and political future climate of one nation but to attempt to do so for the world is a task. Worse yet, to add more complex variables to the equation such as NGOs and international organizations. These groups are the primary drivers for globalization and international order. These Non-governmental organizations write the policy papers and steer debate on subjects like adopting a global tax. The leaders and statesmen of our respective countries are becoming symbolic window dressing while the real debate is going on without our knowledge.

http://blacklistednews.com/news-10673-0-5-5–.html

But please, don’t talk about Global Governance. Don’t even entertain the thought that there may be such a thing. It’s nothing but a ‘conspiracy theory’ and, according to the MYAC report released in 2009 by the DHS, those who believe in such are potential terrorists. The only people who are allowed to talk about global governance are those who are attempting to usher it in.

NYC Mosque

Straight from the Federal Department of Insult to Injury:

The government is defending a project to build a mosque near ground zero. The impending erection of this building has naturally been casing a lot of controversy. This is, first of all, no ordinary mosque. According to Andrea Peyser of the New York Post, the Cordoba House, as it will be called, is to be a “Muslim house of worship, topped by a 13-story cultural center with a swimming pool, in a building damaged by the fuselage of a jet flown by extremists into the World Trade Center.
The opening date shall live in infamy: Sept. 11, 2011. The 10th anniversary of the day a hole was punched in the city’s heart.”

http://www.nypost.com/p/news/national/mosque_madness_at_ground_zero_OQ34EB0MWS0lXuAnQau5uL

Now, we all know the NWO likes to get in your face, but isn’t this going a little too far?
A lot of the controversy has centered around whether those behind the project should be allowed to go ahead with their plans, given that everythng surrounding them is so highly offensive in light of what happened at the site on 9/11/2001. Some say they should have as much right to religious freedom as anyone else. Others say they should build their center somewhere else, out of common courtesy if nothing else. Comparisons to building a Japanese cultural center in Pearl Harbor have been drawn.

Citizens opposing the project tried to stop it by attempting to have the site declared as a landmark, but this was turned down by a NYC panel.
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/08/03/new-york-city-panel-clears-way-mosque-ground-zero/

The American Center for Law & Justice in Washington then attempted to file a law suit to challenge the New York Landmarks Preservation Commission’s decision not to grant landmark status to the 1857 Italianate building that is currently on the site.

“This issue has nothing to do with religious freedom,” said Brett Joshpe, a lawyer for ACLJ. “Given what the (planned new) building represents, the placement of the project at that location is inappropriate and inflammatory.”

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/world/us/New-York-mosque-near-September-11-site-draws-lawsuit-/articleshow/6259056.cms

New York Gov. David Paterson offered to provide the mosque builders with state property if they would just move their project away from Ground Zero, but this offer was rejected.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/08/11/ny-governor-offer-state-property-mosque-built-farther-away-ground-zero/

It seems that despite protest from citizens and even local government, the Cordoba Institute has some friends in high places. New York Congressman Peter King called for an investigation into the project’s funding in an apparent attempt to discover just who these friends are.
According to CNS News:
“The group is headed by Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf. On Sept. 30, 2001, two weeks after the 9/11 attacks, Fiesal told CBS’ “60 Minutes,” “I wouldn’t say that the United States deserved what happened. But the United States’ policies were an accessory to the crime that happened.”
http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/70234

Is the Cordoba Institute saying that the US government was in some way responsible for 9/11? Are they sympathizing with those who did it? Doesn’t this make their source of funding all the more relevant?

NYC Mayor Bloomberg says the mosques funding is none of the government’s business.
http://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/politics/Bloomberg-Mosques-Funding-Not-the-Governments-Business-100124404.html

Surely, it is the government’s business, if they are funding it, though- isn’t it? Even indirectly? As it turns out, on August 18, 2010, the New York Post reported that Feisal Abdul Rauf, the Imam behind the project, was set to embark on a multi-country trip to the Middle East that was to be:
“funded by the State Department – raising concerns that taxpayers may be helping him with the controversial project’s $100 million fund-raising goal.”
http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/manhattan/feds_funding_zero_imam_mideast_trip_OTq9dmoHpxbaKvJbB4VLGM
He clearly has the backing and support of the government at the federal level. The federal government wants a 13-story mosque/cultural center to be erected at Ground Zero! What does that tell you? Who’s in your face now?
The NY Post article goes on to say that the Federal government has stipulated that Rauf is not permitted to engage in fundraising while on his trip, but they add that
” he also will collect money from Muslim and Arab nations around the world — raising the possibility his goodwill mission could help him build contacts in oil-rich states. ”

Only a False Flag Can Save Obama

Ok, the official title of the article was “Only a terror attack can save Obama” but we all know what that means.
Robert Shapiro, former senior advisor to Bill Clinton was quoted in the Financial TImes as saying that only an attack like 9/11 or Oklahoma City bombing could save Obama’s approval ratings and give him a chance to redeem himself as a leader. And we all know those two examples he gave were false flags, so what exactly is he saying?

“Buried in a Financial Times article about Obama’s “growing credibility crisis” and fears on behalf of Democrats that they could lose not only the White House but also the Senate to Republicans, Robert Shapiro makes it clear that Obama is relying on an October surprise in the form of a terror attack to rescue his presidency.

“The bottom line here is that Americans don’t believe in President Obama’s leadership,” said Shapiro, adding, “He has to find some way between now and November of demonstrating that he is a leader who can command confidence and, short of a 9/11 event or an Oklahoma City bombing, I can’t think of how he could do that.”

Activist as Terrorist

WearechangeLA leader Bruno Bruhwiler was arrested on totally bogus charges this week.
http://www.wearechange.org/?p=2150
He was first sent out of a courtroom for having the wrong facial experssion, then detained and charged with tresspassing. When the ridiculousness of charging someone with tresspassing on public property was considered, the charge was changed to “contempt of court”. But wait! The judge hadn’t held him in contempt so… let’s change that to “causing a public disturbance”.
(officers scratching heads) “Hmmm…There’s gotta be SOMETHING we can charge him with…Ok, let’s just make something up. How about ‘resisting arrest’? He didn’t resist? Let’s just say he did. let’s say he did it, say…Twice. And let’s add that he threatened you. He threatened you, ok?”
– Ok, if you say so. What did he threaten me with?”
– Assassination.
– Ok, sounds good.
– Great! Now we can charge him as a terrorist!
– Another job well done.”

The conversation must have gone something like that. Activists are being treated as terrorists everywhere from LA to Montreal. An article in our local paper, the Gazette, described how activists’ friends were being visited by CSI as part of an intimidation tactic, not intented to actually gather information, but to mes with the activists so they would then do something to incriminate themselves.

Meanwhile, a lady who is a nurse and a mother of five children was visited by the FBI who insisted that their visit had nothing to do with her involvement in protests against what Israel is doing to the Palestinians, and that it was her right to protest and that is a wonderful thing, but that they were there to find out if she had any knowledge of things that may result from the protests, such as violent acts or destruction of property. These agents must have aced their NWO double-think classes in Police State School. If you are an activist, you may want to watch this video. She gives some good tips about how to deal with such a visit.

Faisal Shahzad, the Taliban, and the CIA

Article by guest contributor (youtube user bluesky747er)

Only the dumb Central Idiocy Agency are dumb enough to do such things….

This looks like a tale of fiction and movies. But this is a real life drama unfolding in Pakistan around us. The untold story of Khalid Khawaja, Hamid Mir, Mullah Barader and Faisal Shehzad

Any links between the three?? Seems impossible! But not in this high stakes State-sponsored dirty, sinister world of covert ops, double agents, sting operations and assassinations.

Lets start the story :

Americans have been trying to play a sinister game. They had penetrated into the ranks of Afghan Taliban especially into the Popalzai tribe and had cultivated a high level Afghan Taliban leader to be pitched against Mullah Umer. Basically, CIA was creating a “coup” within Taliban. Hold your breath, sit back and prepare yourself to know who this secret “CIA asset” within the Taliban was.. It was Mullah Barader! Yes, the same one captured in Karachi by ISI and US is desperate to have him.

The CIA plan was that Mullah Barader would be brought to Karachi and then ISI would be tipped to arrest him. Then US were to ask the custody of the Afghan leader and Pakistan government would hand over the Afghan Taliban leader to US. The result would be catastrophic for Pakistan as all pro-Taliban elements would then condemn ISI and Pakistan as CIA puppets and a serious breach of trust and confidence would appear between Pakistani security establishment and Afghan Mujahideen. This would also humiliate army and ISI in front of the nation. CIA and US administration were extremely upset when ISI refused to hand over Mullah Barader to US, despite the pressure from Zardari mafia. ISI initially did not know the CIA game. They just refused to hand over Barader to US and insisted upon their own interrogation first. Unknowingly, ISI was seriously damaging the US game plan of staging a coup against Mullah Omar as well as against ISI. During the interrogation, the entire game became exposed to the ISI.

The Zardari clan was equally desperate to hand over Barader to US. Here, enters Khalid Khawaja!
Out of his love for Taliban, unknowingly, he is entering to a global game of espionage and betrayal, KK filed a petition into the SC taking a stay order against handing over of Mullah Barader to US. Now US were furious. KK had signed his death warrant and now was marked for death.

KK (Khalid Khawaja) had been going to North Waziristan and dealing with TTP, trying his best to start a reconciliation process between Pakistan and TTP. He was also aware of the fact that a “Lashkar Jhangvi” faction of TTP was opposed to these attempts at peace talks. These include Ilyas Kashmiri gang commonly called Punjabi Taliban. When KK was returning from talks with Hakim Ullah Mehsud, he was invited by Punjabi Taliban group and taken prisoner along with Col Imam and Asad Qureshi, the journalist.

Initially, TTP was unaware of KK and his party’s being taken prisoner by the Punjabi Taliban. Later, when Hakeem Ullah Mehsud came to know of the drama, he tried to secure the release of the men. But then, enters another treacherous character from Geo TV.

Hamid Mir, makes a call to the Punjabi Taliban and ask them not to release KK and instigates them to assassinate KK as a spy! Hamid Mir, talks to Punjabi Taliban (PT) in detail and this entire conversation is recored by the PT and the tape is taken to HakimUllah Mehsud. The allegations, charges and accusations against KK which were leveled by Hamid Mir were so severe that HakimUllah Mehsud also fell for the trap and allowed the execution of KK after making him read the confessional statement which was exactly what Hamid Mir had dictated to the PT. This tape is now available and is the most direct incriminating evidence against Hamid Mir. It is clear that Hamid Mir was launched by Americans to use his influence on the TTP and PT to get KK assassinated. It was done with precision, except for one blunder — the tape is now with Pakistani secret services.

The American desire is to wage a war in North Waziristan against Haqqani / Afghan Taliban networks. Pakistan army is not willing to do that. Americans tried to use Mullah Barader to create serious mistrust and hatred between Afghan Taliban and Pakistan army for the latter to attack the former. That failed when Barader was not handed over to US and Khalid Khawaja unknowingly became a major setback for the Americans when he took a court order against Barader’s extradition. Khalid was trapped and Hamid Mir was used to mislead TTP into assassinating KK. But in the end, the US plan of waging a war in North Waziristan fizzles out.

Now a backup plan was required to create reasons to initiate a war into North Waziristan. — Here enters Faisal Shehzad — a false flag operation to implicate Pakistani Taliban and then threaten and force Pakistan to “do more” in North Waziristan! He was perhaps recruited by the CIA long time back thru some dirty trick most probably sexual involvement with some women blackmailing him into submission. He had a family he didnt want them to know he’d been screwing some CIA clone. Another Pakistani is arrested in Chile in the US embassy with traces of explosives on his luggage and clothes. More Pakistanis are being arrested and a massive media disinformation war is being launched that all global terrorism is emerging from Pakistani tribal pocket of North Waziristan and ISI/army is either hands and gloves with Taliban or not willing to do more.

So now, you understand the tone, language and demeanor of Hillary and US media over Faisal Shehzad! Despite the fact that US army Generals, true to being soldiers, have confirmed that Faisal had no links with anyone in FATA.

Pakistan was being setup for a possible geopolitical disaster.US and Indians continue to kick dust and deceive the world and Pakistani nation through their assets in Media and in terrorist groups. What a waste of US tax payer’s money.

Given Gestapo Treatment for Handing Out Jury Info

While handing out jury info pamphlets, Julian Heicklen and his 2 friends were harassed by a private security guard, local law enforcement, and US Marshalls. Here is the info they were giving the public:
“The judge will instruct the jury that they must uphold the law as he gives it. He will be lying. The jury must judge the law as well as the facts. Juries were instituted to protect citizens from the tyranny of government. It is not the duty of the jury to uphold the law. It is the jury’s duty to see that justice is done.”

They were accused of ‘protesting’ because they were holding a sign that said ‘Jury Info’ and passing out pamphlets! Apparently offering information is protesting, which is apparently illegal- or at least these officers would like to think it is. In the video, you will see the following:

One security guard threatens the men in question, approaching the one who is videotaping threatening to ram his camera down his throat.
All-pervasive threat of terrorism is cited as reason for the impromptu interrogation.
The security guards demand to know the three men’s names and why they are there. When one asks if Julian has a permit, he hands him a pocket constitution and tells him, “That’s my permit”.
One of the police officers, who obviously doesn’t have to know the law to enforce it, suggests that it is illegal to videotape him. When he is confronted with the fact that it is not, he proposes that it could be construed as ‘interfering with a police investigation’, which it obviously isn’t since no crime has been committed or is being investigated.

In Pennsylvania, activist George Donnelly was arrested for filming Julien Heicklen while the latter handed out jury info pamphlets. See the following:
http://blogofbile.com/2010/05/12/activist-george-donnelly-arrested-for-filming-jury-nullification-outreach-of-julian-heicklen/

Clearly, the police make it up as they go along, they do whatever they want, they serve the corporation of America, not the American public, and they perceive it to be a dangerous act to educate the public.

Times Square Bomber – More Weirdness

Timeline of events:

2004: Shahzad sells his CT condo to George Lamonica. A few weeks after he moves in the JTTF shows up, asking for details on the transaction and info on Shahzad.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQ9pntHHvss
2009: Becomes naturalized US citizen
May 2009: quits his job
Sept 2009: goes to Pakistan
Feb 3, 2010: returns to US

Why would the US allow him to become a naturalized citizen in 2009 if the JTTF jad already been investigating him in 2004?

Saturday, May 1st, 2010: Leaves in the truck ‘bomb’ (Nissan Pathfinder) a keychain with 20 keys on it and pre-paid cell phone
– One is key to his getaway car, a white Isuzu, which he leaves in NYC
– One is the key to a third car, which he drives to and leaves at airport
– One key is to his CT apartment
He also leaves in the car a pre-paid cell phone on which are:
– The number of a fireworks store he called, where CCTV later shows him buying fireworks
– The number he had previously given to US Customs when he returned from Pakistan.
Shahzad was identified through the VIN on the Nissan’s engine
– VIN led to previous owner of car who disclosed Shahzad’s phone number, which he had given when he bought the SUV, and later ID’s Shahzad by photo

May 4th: Shahzad manages to evade surveillance around his apartment. drives to Kennedy airport and purchases a last-minute ticket. He has already boarded the plane when the Feds determined he is on it and pull him out. He had been allowed to board despite being on a no-fly list.
He also left a loaded 9mm handgun behind in his car at the airport.

When Shahzad is apprehended, he claims he trained in terrorist camp in Pakistan and acted alone in the attempted truck bombing. He is charged with criminal offenses, not treated as a terrorist, and ‘co-operates’ with the police, giving them information. The following video says the pre-paid cell showed the number of a fireworks store he had called. The next video, below this one, shows him on surveillance camera at that store. Why would he call the store in advance? Just to leave the number on the phone so the police can show he was on surveillance camera there?

He had supposedly trained in bomb-making with terrorists in Pakistan, but when he returns to the US, he makes a pathetic mickey-mouse bomb and leaves all kinds of ridiculous evidence behind in the vehicle. What kind of training could he possibly have had if he ends up doing something so stupid? You could learn how to make a better bomb than that just from The Anarchists’ Cookbook.

The following report says he panicked when his car bomb fizzled. What does that mean? He had intended to blow himself up and panicked when the bomb didn’t go off? No, I don’t think so, or he wouldn’t have left a getaway car nearby. So, if he wasn’t going to blow himself up, he would have gotten all his stuff out of the car before setting off the bomb, which would mean that the bomb malfunctioning would be irrelevant to the location of his keys and cell phone. Otherwise, it would mean that, in a panic, he put his keys, including those to his house and a duplicate key to his other car, back into the ignition and left them there because the bomb didn’t go off.
He also left in his car the phone on which the investigators found the same number he had given to US Customs when he re-entered the US from Pakistan. How convenient.

The video below says he had to take a train home because he had locked his car keys in the Pathfinder, but the following article from the 4th of May stated:
“Keys found in the SUV’s ignition fit the car Shahzad left at the airport and a home in Connecticut.”
And
“Instead, he was at Kennedy International Airport preparing to fly to Dubai, having driven there not in the black Isuzu Rodeo the agents knew he had, but in another vehicle.”
So, apparently Shahzad had a third car. What makes no sense here is why he would leave all his keys in the Nissan, and then have duplicates to his house and a third vehicle, but not to the Isuzu. And, as I mentioned before, it makes no sense that he would leave all these keys in the Nissan ‘in a panic’ in the first place.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100504/ap_on_re_us/us_times_square_car_bomb

His inspiration for the attack? Muslim Cleric Al-Awlaki, the same one who inspired the Undie Bomber and the Fort Hood shooter. Looks like Al-Awlaki has a record of inspiring false flags.

As you can see on the footage below, Shahzad’s apartment was basically empty. Where were his wife and two kids this whole time? Obviously, they weren’t living in that place.

Times Square Terrorist- Another Strange Story

Times Square Bomber

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/us_and_americas/article7114495.ece

A truck with ‘bomb’ materials in it was found in a smoking truck in times Square on Saturday, May 1st. The truck was subsequently towed to a forensics lab. Napolitano states it was an amateurish attempt and that there are ‘a lot of cameras in the area’, perhaps impying that this surveillance equipment will help lead to the apprehension of the culprit- although as we find out later, it doesn’t.

“Duane Jackson, a 58-year-old handbag vendor, said that he noticed the car at around 6.30pm and wondered who had left it there.
“That was my first thought: ‘Who sat this car here?’,” Mr Jackson said, adding that he looked in the car and saw keys in the ignition with 19 or 20 keys on a ring.”
Now, why would someone leave a key ring with 20 keys on it in the ignition of a truck he is attempting to blow up in Times Square with some firecrackers, gasoline, a bag of fertilizer and a Mickey Mouse alarm clock?

One thing false flags all have in common is the trail of oddly glaring evidence left behind at the scene by the purported perps: usually passports or other photo IDs, manifestos betraying suspects’ political agenda, Holy books revealing their religious persuasions, etc. All so convenient for the DHS.

In recent years, with the availability of an abundanc of information on the Internet, a larger and larger portion of the public has come to scrutinize ‘terrorist’ events, checking and cross checking facts and evidence from media reports and other sources, and finding that official versions don’t add up and are full of oddities. Perhaps, knowing that we wouldn’t buy the ‘Oh look, they left behind their driver’s license” line, whoever was behind this false flag thought a ring of keys leading to the scapegoat’s house would be better choice of planted ‘evidence’.

As we shall see, the keys did come in handy.
A woman who was evacuated from a nearby hotel stated that she and other evacuees left the building calmly.
“Nobody seems angry or upset about it. After 9/11 people have learned to listen up and to do what they are supposed to do,” she said.
Ah yes, in this 9/11 world people have learned to shut up and go with the program. How true. Well, for the most part. And every article that covers an incident where public safety is threatened must make the obligatory reference to 9/11 just to remind us to stay afraid.

“Time Square Bomb: The Growing Threat of Improvised Explosives”

http://www.politicsdaily.com/2010/05/03/times-square-bomb-the-growing-threat-of-improvised-explosives/

Growing threat? Are we supposed to believe that making half-assed bombs out of gasoline and firecrackers is the new craze with the terrorist crowd? I guess we are. According to this article, New york and everywhere else in North America may as well be right up there on the list alongside Kandahar and Baghdad as a place where improvised explosive devices may be sitting around in the ice cream truck parked on the corner.
According to ‘experts’, expertise in making IED is ‘spreading like wildfire across the globe with technical data and training widely shared among terrorist groups’ and these groups are learning new bomb-making skills faster and faster. Obviously, the source and means of spreading this information could only be attributed to one thing: the Internet. The article doesn’t say as much, but the MSM has already told us all too often where terrorists share information and why changes need to be made to the Internet for the sake of our security.

By Tuesday, May 4th, a Pakistani suspect had been apprehended at Kennedy Airport.

http://www.buffalonews.com/2010/05/04/1039523/suspect-held-in-n-y-city-bomb.html

“Law enforcement officials say the suspect recently returned from a trip to Pakistan and bought the 1993 Nissan Pathfinder used in the failed car bomb three weeks ago and paid cash.”
Having visited Pakistan is a recurring theme. Scapegoats are always said to have visited Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc, which shows they may have ties to international terrorism. Of course, it is always possible that these people just went to these countries because that’s where their family lives. But in any case, it turns out convenient again for the DHS. Other evidence of this man having ‘international ties’ to terrorism included phone records that showed he called Pakistan and the presence of things in his car such as a piece of paper. Maybe this paper was from Pakistan. Maybe it was a gum wrapper with Arabic writing on it. That would be a dead giveaway. Figures he would be from Pakistan. The government has an election coming up soon and it would be good to get the public more on board with the US military presence in that area.

On motive, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs stated: “ I would say that was intended to terrorize, and I would say that whoever did that would be categorized as a terrorist,”. Logical enough, but the question is who does this apply to, exactly?

As for the surveillance camera, they were at this point revealed to have shown a 40-ish white man changing his shirt in a nearby alley, which had of course made him a suspect because everybody knows that terrorists are obsessive about frequent wardrobe changes, but that it turned out later that he was probably just doing so because he was hot. Looks like the Keystone Cops are teaming up with the DHS
Ever notice how surveillance cameras catch a lot of strange things on tape but never do much to prevent crime or help, save lives? Case in point: the recent stabbing of a homeless man in New York who had come to the assistance of a woman who was being robbed. It was all caught on tape, including the many pedestrians who walked by his body over the course of the next few hours, one of them taking the time to snap a picture with his camera but not to call 911.

Bomber Confesses

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100504/ap_on_re_us/us_times_square_car_bomb

By Tuesday evening, the AP reported that the suspect, now named as Faisal Shahzad, had ‘admitted’ to being the terrorist in question, having trained at a camp in Pakistan before making the truck bomb that was found in Times Square.

Shahzad apparently had an MBA and a house in the suburbs, which had recently been foreclosed on and this misfortune may have been his motive for attempting to set off a truck bomb in the middle of Manhattan.

According to the article, other evidence of Mr Shahzad’s terrorist leanings included a report from a real-estate broker he had worked with in 2004 that Shahzad
“had expressed a dislike for former President George W. Bush and his policy in Iraq”. Well, there you go.

Shahzad was apprehended and removed from “a Dubai-bound plane at Kennedy Airport that he had been able to board Monday night despite being placed on the federal “no-fly” list.”

This is the part I don’t understand. Shahzad had no criminal history or known involvement with terrorism or terrorist groups. He came from a wealthy family and was well-educated. The only things he had going against him before this incident were:
– being from Pakistan
– losing his home

Was that enough to get him on a no-fly list? Or was he placed on that list for no reason other than that he was going to be a designated scapegoat for the NY truck bombing attempt of 2010? Abdul Mutallab, the so-called ‘Undie Bomber’ was also on a no-fly list yet was also allowed to board a plane, although in his case he was actually allowed to fly, not just board. Or could it be that this was done deliberately for the extra added dramatic flair of removing him from a plane which he had already boarded, instead of quietly taking him aside at airport security? Just a thought.

Let’s get back to that key chain
“Keys found in the SUV’s ignition fit the car Shahzad left at the airport and a home in Connecticut.”
Just as I expected. How convenient.

Another strange thing was that he quit his job with a marketing company in May 2009. Then, around the beginning of September, he went to Pakistan, returning on February 3, 2010. Why would you quit your job if you were having trouble making mortgage payments as it was? And why would you then go on a 5-month trip instead of finding another job to look after your mortgage and family. No wonder he lost his house.

And finally, despite all the talk of terrorism in the early reports, Shahzad was read his Miranda rights and charged not with terrorism, but with:
“trying to detonate a weapon of mass destruction, attempted car bombing and obstructing interstate and foreign commerce by trying to kill and maim U.S. citizens”
this is another thing Shahzad has in common with the Undie Bomber. Although both were described as ‘terrorists’ in the MSM, neither were treated as terrorists or charged with terrorism. They were both charged with criminal offenses. When Abdul Mutallan was read his rights after the Christmas 2009 incident, there was some outcry over why he had not been treated as a terrorist, and some apology over this ‘mistake’. But now we have two such cases where an unlikely culprit (Shahzad was described by neighbors as quiet but apparently normal and had no criminal history) engages in an act deemed as a terrorist attack, which results in a failed bombing involving makeshift explosives, and ends with the suspect being read his rights and charged with criminal offenses but not terrorism. And of course, let us not forget about the trail of keys Shahzad left behind.

Since his arrest, Ms Shahzad has been ‘cooperating’ very nicely with the authorities (aka singing like a bird). These guys always do spill the beans as soon as they get busted. The Taliban or whoever was supposedly behind this could learn a thing or two from the mafia or even the Hell’s Angels when it comes to hiring guys who don’t know how to keep their mouths shut. Apparently, the Taliban put out a video on Youtube claiming responsibility, but the DHS has determined there is no evidence for this being true. Why would the Taliban put out such a video and how would the DHS know it wasn’t true. Or maybe this is all part of the False Flag plan to get the public to associate the even with terrorism.

And there’s more! The guy who bought Shahzad’s Connecticut home, I guess the Connecticut home to which the key was left on the keychain in the car, said he was visited by the JTTF just after he bought it! So the JTTF WAS on to Shahzad- or he was some kind of an agent.

My verdict: another Manchurian candidate. Just kidding. But he could have been a hired patsy or agent. I wouldn’t rule that one out.

The FBI makes me giggle

Last week, the FBI released a statement about domestic terrorism referring to the “sovereign citizen” extremist movement as a threat to security. I will entertain the fact that they are only a threat to those who want to impose their corporate rule. I just have a questions regarding their statement found below:

http://www.fbi.gov/page2/april10/sovereigncitizens_041310.html

Sovereign citizens are not anti-government. The government either works for them to uphold personal contracts or they are indifferent to the government because those that are creditors, who conduct their business in the jurisdiction A the private or the republic, do not care for what goes on the jurisdiction B, the public, also known as the democracy because it is a fictitious place where everything is free – it doesn’t exist. In fact, those who are sovereign creditors are not anti-tax, these people have friendly relations with the IRS or the CRA because these organizations work for them. Creditors receive tax money to benefit everyone. Are the FBI referring to those supposed sovereigns who behave as debtors? They need to make a better distinction.

“They are separate or “sovereign”from the United States” Perhaps they think this because they realize that the United States is a corporation with a de facto government originally bought by England after the revolutionary war?

“For example, many sovereign citizens don’t pay their taxes.” Sure, because those that are sovereign creditors receive tax dollars because they manage their not-for-profit corporations.

“They use fake money orders, personal checks, and the like at government agencies, banks and business” Not necessarily, creditors know the power of the pen and how to use real negotiable instruments like accepting and returning for value. They may use their private assets to chip away at the national debt and balance books. Also, what is money? Is it not a promise to pay? Your signature is worth far
more than any bill in circulation because your body is owned by the state and in exchange you were given to ability to write off debt.

“Commit murder and physical assault?” Don’t non-sovereign citizens commit murder and physical assault? In fact, are there not many more people out there who are not sovereign so to propose that sovereigns are more likely to commit murder and physical assault is hogwash? Where is there proof? This is a big statement on the FBI’s part, sovereign creditors are about giving to the world, not destroying it. Is this antithetical to being a sovereign?

“Threaten judges, law enforcement professions, and government personnel” Perhaps if the sovereign is acting like a debtor – but debtors aren’t sovereigns. The sovereign creditor always bringing solutions. They have unlimited commercial potential so they always bring remedy. Creditors remain in honor by conditionally accepting offers which extinguishes conflict.

“Impersonate police officers?” No, they will behave as peace officers to uphold the peace as it is our duty to do so.
“Impersonate diplomats?” Perhaps its difficult for the people to distinguish sovereigns from diplomats…is it a problem?

“White-collar scams, including mortgage fraud and so-called “redemption” schemes…what about banking and mortgages? Is there full disclosure? Creditors
seek to know the maritime-admiralty law and apply it with due diligence in order to make everyone including the banks happy…why? Because they always pay.

Can the FBI come up with something better? Unless they are just scared of debtors I still do not understand why the FBI refers to this as the Sovereign CITIZENS movement. Black’s law (9th ed.) defines sovereign as “1. a person, body or state vested with independent and supreme authority”. Are they afraid of people becoming their own independent and supreme authority?

Perhaps…but how is a citizen defined? “A person who, by either birth or naturalization, is a member of a political community, owing allegiance to the community and being entitled to enjoy all its civil rights and protections; a member of the civil state, entitled to all its privileges”. Are sovereigns citizens? Maybe they exist in the public but their power is discovered in the private world. If men and women were to discover jurisdiction A they too will realize their potential to transform jurisdiction B very quickly into the world they’ve been dreaming of. Who are we? What are we citizens of? Are we a global community or not? Is the idea of scarcity hold us back? Are we citizens because we have been berthed? In exchange for title to our body did they not give us an instrument to discharge debt?

I can’t imagine how the FBI is after sovereign creditors because they are responsible and are paying back the national debt. They are the ones who are working to prevent foreign creditors from coming to our land to collect the debts which appear to be our bodies.

Why You Want to Stay Out of Jail

Obviously you want to stay out of jail, not only because crima is a no-no and as a prisoner you will be instantly turned into a non-person and used for slave labor, but because of the following:

Nearly half the States have adopted complete smoking bans in prisons, and the other half has partial bans in place. By my logic, if they can’t ban heroin from prisons, tey are wasting their time trying to ban tobacco. Likely, it iwll only result in making cigarettes a more valuable contraband, unless…

They scan everyone who comes in and out of the prison with naked scanners! Someone has beaten me to this idea, because two lawsuits are currently in process in Illinois against correctional officers for forcing inmantes and visitors to undergo naked scans. Illinois correctional facilities had been ‘experimenting’ with backscatter scanners, using them not only during prison visits, but during random checks on inmates where they would force a prisoner to submit to a scan or face punishment for refusing to obey a direct order. So if getting repeatedly irradiated is not your thing, you might want to stay out of the can. I know the NWO makes ‘criminals of us all’, but do your best, because it doesn’t stop there.

In the UK, they are now working on microchiping inmates. Supposedly, this will decrease the prison population. As it is, many British inmates are released early and given an rfid ankle bracelet, but the Ministry of Justice is looking into chipping all inmates as well as those who are on probation. The same is being considered in Scottland.

Besides the obvious violation of human rights, this may not be something you would want to undergo because…

Implantable microchips have been found to cause cancer in lab rats!
The following is from the Washington Post:
“A series of veterinary and toxicology studies, dating to the mid-1990s, stated that chip implants had “induced” malignant tumors in some lab mice and rats.

“The transponders were the cause of the tumors,” said Keith Johnson, a retired toxicologic pathologist, explaining in a phone interview the findings of a 1996 study he led at the Dow Chemical Co. in Midland, Mich.”

Of course, they reassure us with the same old ‘humans aren’t rats’ garbage that they used when they shove flu shots down our throats, but besides being the Mark of the Beast, causing cancer in animals is not evidence of safety in humans, even if humans aren’t rats. Except in NWO scientific logic.
